Returns & Refunds Policy
Return & replace window
You may request a return (refund) or replace (exchange) within 3 days of delivery for eligible orders. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
Sign in and open My Account → Orders, then use Return or replace on a delivered order. Our team reviews each request; reverse pickup is booked after approval. Refunds and replacements are processed manually after warehouse inspection (we do not issue automatic payment refunds).
Refund process
After we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Refund amounts are confirmed by our team; payment gateway refunds are issued manually.
Replacement (exchange)
For defective or incorrect items, choose Replace item in the request wizard. We arrange return pickup after approval; a replacement is shipped after inspection. Replacement orders are created manually by our team.
Non-returnable items
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Personalized or custom-printed items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
