Eligibility & conduct

You must apply and be approved before promoting as an affiliate.
Promote Enkilum Ente Krishna products honestly. Misleading claims, spam, or brand bidding that impersonates us are not allowed.
Self-referrals (ordering through your own link using the same email, phone, or registration IP) and fraudulent or incentivized fake traffic are not eligible for commission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

How commissions are earned

Default commission rate is 10% of the commissionable merchandise total (product rates may differ; tax and shipping are typically excluded).
Recurring attribution for 12 months after a customer’s first attributed purchase (plus a 30-day referral cookie for new visitors).
Commissions are recorded on qualifying paid orders attributed to your referral link, returning-customer binding (when enabled), or an affiliate-linked discount code.
Coupon abuse, cancelled unpaid orders, and zero-commission products do not generate payable commission.

When commissions become payable

After the order is delivered, commissions stay pending for a 15-day validation period.
Open returns during the validation window can delay approval until the return is resolved.
Refunds and cancellations may reverse or reduce commission (including after approval, via clawback against future payouts).
Approved balances are owed to you; paid balances have already been included in a recorded payout.

Payouts

Payouts are available once your approved (owed) balance reaches at least ₹1,000 after any clawback is netted.
PAN (KYC) and valid UPI or bank details are required before any payout can be processed.
Payouts are processed manually by our team — typically on a monthly cycle when the threshold is met.
Any applicable tax withholding will be communicated before payout when required by law.

Changes & contact

These terms are version 2026-07-01. We may update program rules, rates, thresholds, or cookie/validation windows. When the terms version changes, existing partners must re-accept before sharing links or requesting payouts.
Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for ongoing activity under the new rules.
